How Do I Cancel My 1-Week Free Premium Trial?

If you don’t cancel your 1-week free Premium trial before the trial period is up, you will automatically become a Premium member afterwards. As such, the membership fee will be withdrawn from your account. If you don’t want to become a Premium member, you will have to cancel your trial. You may do so by following the steps below:

Apple

1- Go to “Settings” which are on the main menu of your iPhone.

2- Click on “iTunes & App Store” which is located towards the bottom.

3- Click on “Apple ID” in the list that opens up.

4- Sign into your Apple ID.

5- You may cancel your membership by clicking on “My Subscriptions”.

1- Go to Google Play Store.

2- Click on the Menu tab on the upper left corner.

3- Click on “My Account” in the menu that opens up.

4. You can cancel your membership by clicking on “My Subscriptions”. (In some Google Play accounts the “My Subscriptions” button could be located outside “My Account”.)
