You can find below the policies for refund;
There are 3 different purchase channels; Apple, Google Play and Web site (https://www.meditopia.com). For Apple Store refunds, it is decided by Apple and if they see appropriate, they give the refund. This is valid for all mobile applications not only Meditopia. Apart from that, for Google Play and web site, we help our members based on below points.
- Yearly Premium membership; refund can be done latest in 30 days after payment. More than 30 days demands, we can't give refund.
- 6 Months Premium membership; refund can be done latest in 7 days after payment. More than 7 days demands, we can't give refund.
- 3 Months Premium membership; there is no refund.
- Monthly Premium membership; there is no refund.

Apple:

Google:
Google Play typically only gives refunds two days after an app has been purchased. However, if more than two days have passed since your purchase, we are able to give you a refund ourselves. To do so, we need the Google Play receipt that was sent you your email address when you purchased the app. Once you send this receipt to hello@meditopia.com, we can refund your payment.
Web site:

I sign up to premium membership,probably 2 months ago,and I still can’t locked the program,very hard to connect costumer service,very disappointed with that app, I hope I can get my money back,
